7:00 am - Waterford High School - Park Here

Suggested routes can be found here = Short Roch (4.2 Mi) and here = Long Roch (6.7 Mi) but the entire community is pretty easy to run.

Coffee will be at Bill and Steph's house (bring a chair just in case) please feel free to bring a dish to pass. The house is less than a mile from the school - 910 Meadowgate

Southside....

Looking for some wide open space to run...we've got just the run for you!!

Saturday, May 16th at 7:00am...meet us HERE right off of Hwy 11 for the PRT Run (Pike River Trail).

Primary run is to the south on the bike trail - Route here - but feel free to take it north if you want to do the reverse Culvers or Oakes Road Run.

North Side Bike Trail - Park here (3 mile & Douglas)

Start time is 7:00am as always

The route is simple -- follow the trail north or south.
